Classic Sheffield

I love my Daniel Wellington watch to death. The red/navy Classic Oxford is perfect and goes with almost everything I wear. They kindly let me choose something else from their range, and I picked the Classic Sheffield strap. Just the strap, because all the straps are interchangeable, so you can switch up looks without getting an entire new watch.

  2. Jane I looooove these so much but don't know if I should go with black or the dark brown band. They make it too easy to change the look which makes it harder to decide. You are one lucky lady! Let me steal your code and gift myself for Christmas ;)

    1. Hmmm well I might be biased but I just like the black so much, especially with the gold accents!

  3. This watch has such a beautiful face and being able to interchange the band is a really great plus and probably saves money in the end too.

  5. Oh, that's such a gorgeous watch! I think there's something so elegant about pared back designs like that. Unfortunately I've fallen out of the habit of wearing watches, but finding the perfect one would probably make me reconsider it again...

  6. great choice on getting the plain leather strap. i have a watch i got for my 21st that i really like, but i just gave up wearing it a few years ago. but the plain strap will work for more dressy occasions and it does look like a whole new watch.

  11. I love how simple/timeless DW watches are. I remember when you first got your watch before the DW trend really hit, it's amazing to see how much that company has grown since then. Your watch looks like a totally different watch! The new strap will be the perfect match for so many outfits!

I've been meaning to get the Sheffield watch in rose gold for a while now (it's named after my city so I'm taking that as a sign). I think I might just have to now you've given us a code. Thank you for sharing, can't wait to see the outfits you pair it up with! :)

    1. Haha that's perfect, it's a sign indeed! They've grown so much, they're pretty common now but they're so nice and basic it doesn't feel like a trend.

  16. I feel like theres a watch war lately. It's DW vs. MJs. While I have a cheap daiso watch on my wrist. and so gorgeous. The sheffield strap would be great for a classic monochrome look.

My exact plan is to wear the Sheffield strap with the monochrome outfits I couldn't wear the oxford one with!
