Three Williams

Had a roadtrip-planning, pre-study session brunch at Three Williams yesterday. It's in Redfern and a bit further than I'm usually willing to walk for brunch (10-15 minutes from the train station before I've had something substantial to eat is usually not acceptable) but it was nice so I guess worth it.

The place was busy but the service was suprisingly quick, I think I've waited longer for a McDonalds meal.

Wai Lam had what seemed to be like a glorified bacon and egg McMuffin while I, in the absence of a full breakfast equivalent on the menu, had the corn fritters with sour cream, bacon, potato and sausage (definitely hit the spot). I think I might need to make Saturday brunches a thing now.

  1. I always seem to get the full breakfast or equivalent too, although more often than not I end up being so full.

Where are you going for your road trip?

  5. The bacon and egg Mcmuffin looks so good ! I remember having this for breakfast when I was in London, I did not regret breaking my (at the time) vegetarian diet for it hahaha !

  9. I've rarely had the chance for a proper Sunday brunch since I moved away from London, but I was staying with friends in Nottingham this weekend, and we all went out for brunch this morning - such a great end to the weekend!

  19. Saturday brunches are my favorite thing! but then I'm always so lazy if it takes more than 5 metro stations or walking more than 20 minutes, so in the end I never go to new places! all that food looks so good btw :)
