Minimal effort

UNIQLO sweatshirt / Glassons pants / Bass loafers / Daniel Wellington watch (c/o) / Fossil bag.

Woops! Disappeared unintentionally again, and all you get on my return is a measly outfit post. I've been wearing this sweatshirt a lot since I bought it but realised I'd never put it in a proper outfit post before. This is my go-to outfit when I want to dress like a slob up top (I'm wearing my pyjama top underneath).

I actually do have photos lined up (I remembered I never ended up posting about LA and San Francisco from the trip last year) but I've been too tired at the end of the day to write up posts for them. I've been feeling a bit burnt out, as I'm doing rotations I'm not really enjoying right now, and end of year exams are inching ever closer. I think I'll take a couple of sneaky personal days off in the next few weeks.

  3. I love this outfit! The loafers are amazing :) I recently bought a pair since my last ones practically fell apart, and I can't live without them.
Hope you feel better and more energized soon! <3

  4. Uniqlo has the comfiest basics! I love the pants :) Good luck with your work and exams! My photos are accumulating as well. Luckily for me I'm on summer break, but that just means I'm taking more photos than I can process! Hopefully I'll be able to edit most of them before school starts again, and if I can get to the writing part, that'll be a miracle :P -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

  5. Posts from last year, man they need to be shared. Sucks about the job though, will that change? We all need these outfits, but you still look pretty smart. Good trick!

  7. For a slobby outfit, it's looking pretty sharp! Like others have said, don't feel pressured over posting when there's more important life-stuff going on.

  10. Love the outfit! It's simple, classic and chic and you can't even tell you're wearing a pajama top. I especially love the loafers. How I don't have a pair is crazy. I just got back into uni- I don't want to think about end of year exams hahaha. All the best though :) xx

  11. Aww. Bad rotations can get you down a bit, but remember - you may not have to do anything more with them after your exams!

  12. I love that you show that minimal effort can still look good! I know how you feel with bad rotations - I was on one I really didn't enjoy that much before exams as well. Good luck with yours though!

  18. No worries, sometimes we do have to disappear for a while to focus on our own lives :) I actually did the same for the past few weeks. Cute casual outfit and really looking forward to your future posts about LA and San Fransisco!
